NopaC's Company History

Formed in 1993 by Graeme & Sally Capon, the company operates from offices and units on the Leicestershire Warwickshire boarder, supplying goods and services to NHS trusts, Councils, Care homes, and Private customers throughout the Midlands

Both Graeme & Sally originally worked for SML Aids Limited who were one of the first suppliers of overhead tracking hoist systems in the UK, Graeme helped design and sell hoists and slings.  With substantial knowledge of the hoist and sling industry Graeme  worked for Llewellyn, Nesbit Evans & Huntleigh, before starting NopaC (our surname backwards). 

With over 40 years’ experience in developing and supplying moving and handling equipment, as well as working closely with clients and caregivers who use them, NopaC offers our customers a wealth of knowledge to ensure the best product is supplied.

Today NopaC has a comprehensive product range of mobility, home-care and long-term care equipment, available to buy or rent.  Although specialising in bespoke rise & recline armchairs, hoists and slings, we have a shop offering  mobility scooters, stair lifts, rise & recline armchairs, hoists, bathing aids and other everyday items, our knowledge will ensure that we can find you the most suitable product for your lifestyle with full assessment, installation, training, service and repair available.
