Medical Device Department
The medical device department at complex care BHCC have worked in partnership with Nopac for over 11 years. They work in conjunction with Adults & Community service and Community Children’s Service to maintain and service lifting equipment. They provide 24hr service for all break downs, emergencies repairs and replacement loan equipment. Nopac have always provided a high standard of service and care to our service users and complex care staff working in conjunction with safe manual handling policies and procedures. They are always available to advice and support on all aspects of lifting equipment, including the monitoring of any medical device alerts we receive through the PCT. Nopac provide us with a professions and confidential service which is vital within our department, the team are always friendly, approachable and respond rapidly to any of our concerns or queries. Excellent communication channels and safe procedures are in place, the engineers give a friendly and reliable service to our users whom feedback is always positive. I am confident that Nopac run a safe and confidential service for me always providing a reliable maintenance service to our users resolving problems swiftly and accurately. Nopac have always been competitive with their prices and I find their prices and service is better than any of the larger companies who don’t offer such low prices and high standards. As a Medical device co-ordinator whom work in partnership with many providers Nopac is one of the best to ensure that safe practise is in place within the working environment for users, families and staff. Betty really is delighted with her new walker. As with many people at her age (84 years young), we knew she was losing confidence using her walking stick alone but seemed reluctant and hesitant when we mentioned using a walker. However, thanks to your help, she has a new found confidence and speed!
