Arjo BHM V5
The V5 ceiling hoist enables the caregiver to perform safe lifting with less effort during the transfer of patients with reduced mobility.
The V5 has a lifting capacity of 440lb (200kg) and offers the option to change the lifting capability to a lower capacity of 220lb (100kg). Therefore, the V5 can adapt to the various care requirements and lifting problems encountered either at home, in retirement homes or other locations you may confront on a daily basis
Invacare Robin
The Invacare Robin ceiling hoist provides a unique & innovative method of transfer without the need for a spreader bar. The only hoist available that has a 'Dual strap' technologym the Robin offers a comfortable and safer transfer with optimal communication between cient and carer. As the Robin does not use a spreader bar the eye line is not obstructed ensuring eye contact at all times. The lack of spreader bar can also reduce the clients fears about coming into contact with equipment, or the equipment passing their face.
